Webb Schedules Presser Following Warner Announcement

Democratic Sen. Jim Webb of Virginia has scheduled a Friday afternoon press conference in the Capitol to comment on Republican Sen. John Warner's future plans following the 80-year-old fellow Virginian's own announcement Friday in Charlottesville, Va., about whether he plans to run for reelection.
