A short video, posted on militant Islamist websites on February 13th, showed an IED attack on a Humvee allegedly belonging to the Peshmerga, the Kurdish paramilitary force. The group, Al Mustafa Army, claimed that all of the people in the Humvee were killed and said it allegedly delayed the attack for four hours to avoid killing a passerby.
