VIDEO: Mother tosses child to stranger to fight on bus in Hartford

A rider on the bus, which was traveling from Albany Avenue in Hartford to the downtown area, witnessed two women arguing and began recording it with a cell phone, the station reports.
In the video, a mother can be seen yelling and screaming while holding her baby daughter on her lap.
The mother then tosses the child to a man, who catches her, and proceeds to get into an altercation with the other woman.
The child does not appear to be seriously injured, however, it is unknown if the mother or the other woman were injured in the incident.
According to the station, the Hartford Police Department said they know who the woman in the video is and they know where she lives. Authorities are reportedly continuing to investigate and plan to speak with the woman.
The Department of Children and Families is also aware of the incident and they have reportedly gone to the woman's home and are evaluating the situation.
