Video: Brawl with cop at Florida DMV ends in woman's arrest

DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla. -- A woman was arrested at a South Florida DMV office after a furious confrontation with a police officer that was captured on videotape and posted to Facebook, reports CBS Miami.

On Friday, a woman's frustration at the Dept. of Motor Vehicles in Deerfield Beach led to violence when an officer showed up to escort her out -- after she'd been asked to leave. In the video, the woman -- later identified as Eleanore Stern -- was asked to listen to the officer, who it appears, may have initiated physical contact withe the woman.

The confrontation quickly escalates -- and the woman appears to kick the officer in the groin, which leads to a bit of "wrestling match" between the two.

Stern, 31, is taken down by the officer, and she continues to resist. Once he removes her to another area of the DMV, he is reportedly heard asking the woman, "What is wrong with you?"

After the officer handcuffs her, Stern is heard shouting, then pleading with him to not take her to jail, according to the station.

The woman was arrested and charged with resisting an officer. reports CBS Miami.
