Victoria Justice's boyfriend, Nickelodeon star Ryan Rottman, arrested for DUI
(CBS) - Nickelodeon star Ryan Rottman was arrested Thursday night in Hollywood, Calif., on charges of drunk driving.
The 27-year-old was pulled over after he was spotted driving over a curb, E! Online reports, and later failed a field sobriety test administered by officers who said they smelled alcohol in his vehicle.
His blood alcohol content reportedly measured at .19, which is more than double California's legal limit.
Rottman, who was featured in the comedy "The House Bunny" and is also known for dating fellow Nickoledean star Victoria Justice, was taken into custody at Van Nuys jail where he was booked.
He was released a few hours later without having to post bail, E! reports.
