Vanessa Minnillo officially takes Nick Lachey's name

(CBS) Vanessa Minnillo will be Vanessa Minnillo no longer. The TV personality, who tied the knot with former 98 degrees singer Nick Lachey in July, is now ready to take on his name.

The 31-year-old changed the handle on her Twitter account and Wikipedia page to Vanessa Lachey and she has no reservations about making the switch.

"So...I'm making it official, and I LOVE my "new name"! @VanessaLachey...has a nice ring to it ;)" the former Minnillo tweeted.

The couple tied the knot at a surprise ceremony on a tropical island in front of 35 friends and family, People reported.

Vanessa's new Twitter bio reads, "Host by day, Wifey by night, Wanna-be Mommy all the time."

It looks like kids are next on her list!
