Van Hollen Not Interested In Another Turn At DCCC

Rep. Chris Van Hollen said Wednesday he has no interest in another turn at the helm of the DCCC.

“I am exploring all my options,” Van Hollen said when asked if he was considering another term at the DCCC or making a possible run at the Democratic Conference chairman’s slot if Rahm Emanuel leaves for the White House.

“The one option I am not exploring is continuing as the chairman of the DCCC.”

Van Hollen said he wanted “to continue to be part of the discussion as we shape our agenda.”
