Use Your Voice to Build Relationships
This morning's post "Sales God #2: Erica Feidner" discussed the value of building an individual relationship with every customer. One thing it didn't cover was something that Erica and I discussed in detail, which was how her background as a performer provided a basis for her selling technique.
To illustrate that aspects of selling at the highest level, I found this video interview with Kristen Vose, a division manager at Treeline Inc. In addition to providing some of her own background as a performer, she explains how that background has helped her to develop better business relationships.
