Urn with mother's stolen ashes returned to N.H. woman

(CBS/AP) ROCHESTER, N.H. - It's not as rewarding as winning at bingo, but it's a lot more sentimental.

An urn stolen from a New Hampshire woman, and which contained the ashes of her mother, has been returned. The urn's rightful owner, Diane Bozzi, had been taking the container to bingo games for good luck.

WMUR-TV reports police said the urn was returned to the Rochester, N.H. woman sometime between Monday night and Tuesday morning. They have no suspects.

Police said the urn was stolen from Bozzi's van last week by someone targeting unlocked cars. She said the urn was in a bag she was planning to take to a bingo game.

She pleaded for the urn's return. Bozzi and her mom loved playing bingo together. Before her mother died in 2002, Bozzi promised she would take some of her ashes with her to play. Her mother agreed with the plan, saying she would bring Bozzi luck.
