Trying Out a New Site? Use Bugmenot

Ever wanted to check out an online publication, website or application without first forking over your email address? You can register using the awesome new OtherInbox that Rick scored beta invites to, or you can channel 2004 and see if someone's already signed up using a generic username and password on bugmenot.com.

Most people use bugmenot as a way to get around those annoying registration fields and potential spam from sites like nytimes.com, but you can also use it as a way to testdrive off-limits-to-non-members features in apps like Twitter and YouTube. It aint the most sophisticated technology in the world, but it's saved me several hours over the past few years.
