(CBS) Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott welcomed their third child - a daughter named Hattie - last month, and they're not stopping there.

McDermott says the couple, who star together on "Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood," are already thinking about having another baby.

"I think we'll have a fourth," McDermott told Billy Bush and Kit Hoover of "Access Hollywood" on Tuesday.

He said the couple decided they wanted baby No. 4 when they discovered Spelling was pregnant with their third child.

"As soon as I saw it was positive and it was a pregnancy, we both thought we need to have a fourth - at the same time," McDermott explained.

Spelling, 38, said that adding Hattie to their brood hasn't made their home more hectic.

"People say, 'Oh my God, it's utter chaos after two.' But it's not, it's great," she said.

"You lost your mind after the second one, so... the third fourth and fifth, it's like you're so far gone, it's just kind of the same," McDermott added.

Spelling and McDermott are also parents to son Liam, 4, and Stella, 3. McDermott also has a 13-year-old son, Jack, from a previous marriage.
