(CBS) Tori Spelling says she's feeling better after a trip to the emergency room on Sunday. RadarOnline.com posted photos of Spelling heading into Los Angeles' Tarzana Medical Center in a wheelchair for reported migraine issues.

Not happy with all of the attention, Spelling took to Twitter, blasting paparazzi for following her to the hospital. She called the photographers' move an "all time low," adding, "Following a sick new mom to hospital&photographing;her in that condition. Is nothing off limits to them compassion wise?"

Spelling thanked Twitter followers for their concern, noting that she's "doing better now."

Prior to her hospital visit, Spelling hinted about her worsening condition on Twitter, writing, "Anyone else get horrendous migraines right after giving birth? Is it hormones? I've had one for a week now. Nothing is working."

Spelling and her husband Dean McDermott had their third child, Hattie Margaret, on Oct. 10.
