Tony Scott dead at 68, celebrities react

(CBS News) Filmmaker Tony Scott's apparent suicide has caused some of  his Hollywood collaborators and friends to reach out via Twitter to express their grief over his death.

Scott died Sunday after jumping off of the Vincent Thomas Bridge in Los Angeles, authorities said. The 68-year-old's death was being investigated as a suicide.

Scott, who directed "Top Gun," "Days of Thunder" and "Enemy of the State," was highly regarded in Hollywood and many of his peers have taken to Twitter to express their sentiments.
