Three bodies found following a shooting near Houston

(CBS/AP) HOUSTON - Harris County sheriff's deputies are investigating the discovery of three bodies in a northwest neighborhood after a shooting around 10 a.m. Thursday.

Deputies found one shooting victim in a parking lot of a recreation center and two more inside a car that had crashed into a house. Windows of the car appeared to be shot out.

Investigators say evidence shows the victims were armed with pistols. They also found a bag of marijuana inside the wrecked car.

Area residents told CBS affiliate KHOU that the neighborhood has had problems with break-ins and drug deals.

Names of the victims and other details have not been released.
