"The Twilight Saga: Eclipse" Premieres In Los Angeles
NEW YORK (CBS) Full moon or not, "Twilight" heartthrob Robert Pattinson feels "incredibly guilty."
That's because throngs of fans camped out for almost a week to get a chance to see the third installment of "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse" premiere with a star-studded red carpet on Thursday.

"When anyone tells me they've been camping out since Saturday, I don't know what to do," Pattinson, 24, blushingly tells KCBS-TV reporter Christina McLarty. "Does that mean I have to wait here until next Saturday?"
"It's not the typical horror-vampire genre," says Peter Facinelli, 36. "It's really a throwback to what I thought was the origins of what the vampire tale was -- the sensuality, the mysteriousness."
Vampires and werewolves will battle it out and the fight continues between Bella Swan and her two leading men Edward Cullen and Jacob Black.
"She's so blinded by Edward throughout the entire thing," says Kristen Stewart, 20. "It's nice to see her finally acknowledge what Jacob could offer and make it so much more real with her and Edward."
It's all about good versus bad and love versus hate on a grander scale.
"It's bigger," says Pattinson. "It's a bigger cast. It's a bigger, more epic storyline, not so intimate like the last ones were. There's a battle in it which is completely different to the first two."
"The Twilight Saga: Eclipse" opens in theaters nationwide June 30.
