The Situation's rep refutes rehab reports
(CBS News) Has the partying finally caught up with Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino?
Several sources tell TMZ that "The Jersey Shore" star checked into rehab recently for substance abuse. But his rep says it's not true.

The rep told E! News, "He has spent the past several weeks at an undisclosed location for much needed rest and recuperation after his extensive production and appearance schedule."
Still, other insiders tell TMZ that the MTV reality star was "acting paranoid" on the "Jersey Shore" set and that fellow cast members are glad he's getting help.
The Situation took matters into his own hands and seemingly responded to the rehab claims on Twitter:
