As the largest package delivery service in the world, shipping more than 15.5 million packages every day, United Parcel Service is uniquely positioned to observe the health of the global economy. This year, UPS expects to ship 22 million packages on its peak day of the year, Dec. 21 -- an improvement over last year. In a conversation with BNET Editor-in-chief Eric Schurenberg, UPS CEO Scott Davis describes signs of economic recovery he's seeing in Asia and the United States and explains why UPS has one of the the lowest turnover rates in the industry.
