The Da Vinci Of Cakes
She's been called the Leonardo da Vinci of wedding cakes and has baked for the likes of Whitney Houston and Liam Neesom.
CBS News journeyed to the back of the bake shop to see how Sylvia Weinstock's creations get made.
Thirty-six pounds of butter and 240 eggs yolks go into a single batch of cream filling, and that's just for one of Weinstock's wedding masterpieces.
"September, October has been very busy for us; we're doing maybe 30 weddings a weekend," says Weinstock.
A typical Weinstock cake has four tiers, and each tier has four layers. "This is chocolate mousse, made with real chocolate, heavy cream and butter," explains one of her bakers.

Everything is done by hand in Weinstock's shop, including the coloring of the leaves to decorate a fall cake. "This particular bride is working with white, cream, green and gold," says Weinstock as she works on it.
She is still there every day, making sure each bride gets her dream cake.
Although her signature cake features white flowers, Weinstock's shop can make anything out of flour and sugar that a customer can imagine.
And if you want to make your own cake, Weinstock has finally decided to share her secrets in a new book titled Sweet Celebrations.
"I want to leave something for others. What we do is so beautiful and unique, I want to share it," she says.
