NEW YORK (CBS) Who is Teresa Giudice's nephew and why did a question about him send Guidice into a fit during "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" reunion on Monday night?

After a comment by Danielle Staub prompted Giudice's outrageous tantrum last night, the blogosphere is full of speculation over the mystery nephew. Here's what happened.

"Did you acknowledge your nephew? Did you?" Staub asked.

"Yeah, of course I did," Giudice replied. Then she stopped for a breath. And then she went haywire.

"Do not bring up my family. Do not bring up my family!" she screamed as she pointed her finger in Staub's face and mouthed off a series of expletives censored on television.

Andy Cohen tried to hold back Giudice as Staub exited the stage, but viewers were simply wondering why the mention of her unnamed nephew inspired such rage?

Staub obviously knows more than she let on but now it's up to viewers to figure out what the whole confrontation was about.
