FORT WORTH, Texas -- Police in Fort Worth are investigating after a teenager says she was sexually assaulted during a job interview, reports CBS DFW.
Baylee Dillon, 18, says the incident took place Friday when she went to New York's Famous Pizza restaurant in North Fort Worth to apply for a summer position.
"I was just expecting to get an application and take it home," Dillon told the station.
Instead, the teen says an employee in a managerial position took her into his office for what she thought would be an on the spot interview.
"When we got in the office he locked the door behind me. He was touching all over me and trying to put me in sexual positions," said Dillon.
The teen said the man groped her for 10 minutes and she was too afraid to scream.
"[I said] I don't want this. I don't want this, and he was like, ok, but you don't need to tell anybody about this. You can leave," Dillon said.
After the incident, the teen reportedly called her parents, who then notified police.
The station reports that authorities have identified the male suspect as a 44-year-old employee of the business.
Michael Schneider, an attorney for the man, says his client is innocent and is cooperating with police. Schnieder says his client is a family man and business owner who feels he will lose his business over allegations and comments on social media.
New York's Famous Pizza has since closed. A sign on its door says new ownership and management is coming soon, reports the station.
The Sex Crimes Unit is investigating and detectives on Tuesday issued a request for anyone with additional information related to the incident to call police at (817)392-4350.
Also on Tuesday, police told CBS DFW that another 18-year-old victim came forward in a case that detectives say is related to the first incident reported on Friday. No arrests have been made, but police say it is an active investigation.
