Talking Turkey On The Web

You battled you way through the poultry aisle for the right turkey but don't have much of a clue about how to prepare it. Internet to the rescue.

The World Wide Web is stuffed with sites devoted to crash courses and tips on getting the bird just right. You also can find more than than you ever wanted to know about turkey.

Butterball.com says it is "your turkey headquarters on the Internet." On the site you can get not only recipes but detailed online instructions on everything from planning the meal to taking care of the leftovers.

On the Norbest turkey site, besides cooking information, you will even find the text of the first Thankgiving proclamation from 1676.
