Taliban Prepares Written Response To Karzai's Offer To Mullah Omar

Taliban spokesperson, Zabihullah Mujahid, refused to comment on Afghani President Hamid Karzai's pledge to guarantee Mullah Omar's security if he agreed to hold talk with the Afghani government. Mujahid said the Taliban would be issuing a response later today.
