Taliban Claims More Attacks on Supply Convoys

A statement released by the spokesperson of the militant Afghani movement the Taliban on Thursday claimed militants have attacked a supply convoy on the road to Herat in Kandahar and torched two trucks one of which was carrying a U.S. tank.

Qari Yucef Ahmad added that the militants have also attacked another NATO truck in Kandahar and killed its driver. He said that all three trucks were still lying in the middle of the road.
