Survivor: Fiji

"Survivor" is on a special Wednesday night tonight because of basketball and it's time to mix up the tribes.

Tree mail comes early and the tribes look ready for some excitement at the challenge. Jeff asks one member of each tribe to step forward and the obvious leaders, Earl and Edgardo, step forward.

What they don't know is they just nominated themselves to start picking the new tribes. Here is the how the shuffle stacked up:

Earl
Boo
Michelle
Cassandra
Yau-Man
Stacy

Edgardo
Mookie
Alex
Rocky
Dreamz
Anthony. The boys club!

Lisi isn't picked and to everyone's surprise immediately thinks and HOPES she gets eliminated. When Jeff tells her that she is just getting exiled and will join the losing tribe after tribal council, she seems less than excited she is not getting her walking papers.

She says she was ready to throw in the towel. What a big freaking baby. She was all happy and ignorant when her tribe was winning, intact, and she had the majority. Now that her alliance is shuffled, she is singing a different tune. I can't wait for the day her torch gets snuffed — or maybe I don't, to make her suffer longer on the show. Hmmm, need to think about that. I will get back to you on it.

Now onto the important "Who will keep the McMansion" drama. Earl and Edgardo do the good old fashioned rock, paper, scissors to see who picks the buff out of a bag. Edgardo wins and unfortunately picks the Ravu buff, so they are going back to the crappy camp and the new Moto is going to the McMansion.

Luckily, the survivor gods shined down on both tribes and a nice fruit and cheese tray was waiting for both tribes to devour.

Cassandra is now a "free agent" and looking to get close with Earl and Yau-man. Let's not forget that both Yau and Earl have the values to look for the hidden idol, so they have an advantage. Earl seems to be running the show, no real shock there, and Boo looks a little spooked that his alliance has disappeared. (Get all the scary words to go with Boo, I crack myself up.)

Ravu has turned into a frat house and Anthony is not feeling like he is part of the group. Alex, Mookie, Edgardo, and Dreamz formed a quick alliance and Rocky and Anthony are on the outs. But the good thing now is they are catching fish and at least eating. Hopefully that works in their favor.

Immunity challenge time and it's a great one! All tribe members are belted together in a hub and they must maneuver as a team through different stations. The teams will intersect at some points and the first team to get all team members past the finish line wins. You really have to see this challenge to love it. It's basically a human puzzle and when the tribes intersect, it's melee time. It's literally a head-to-head race the entire time. Definitely a nail-biter. But no shock here: Moto wins and even though they are a new team, technically, Moto is undefeated. Unbelievable.

Tribal council should have been renamed the Rocky and Anthony smack down. Rocky chooses to call Anthony out for being a big baby and FINALLY Anthony defends himself — well, a little. But it wasn't enough because Anthony was voted out tonight and is technically the first man voted off this season.

Next week, "Survivor" is back on Thursday — don't miss it!
