Tyler received stitches and had emergency dental work done at the La Costa medical center in Paraguay's capital. He was in good condition when discharged, Reuters reports.

When contacted by CBS News, the concert promoters noted that the two teeth Tyler lost were false and were therefore easily replaced.

The 62-year-old was scheduled to perform Tuesday with Aerosmith in Paraguay on the band's tour through Latin America. A spokesman for the local concert organizers told Reuters that the show was scheduled to be postponed till Wednesday.
