(CBS) Viewer votes alone narrowed the field to four dancers Thursday night on the results show of the Fox summer hit "So You Think You Can Dance?"

These four will go onto the two-part finale next week to determine the winner of the $250,000 prize and the title of "America's favorite dancer."

So who was eliminated? It's probably the two dancers you expected to go. (SPOILER ALERT)

With an uncharacteristic absence of fanfare, host Cat Deeley quickly moved Melanie and Marko into the finals, followed a short time later by Sasha and Tadd. Going home were Caitlynn Lawson, an 18-year-old Washington state contemporary dancer, and Ricky Jaime, an 18-year-old contemporary dancer from Miami.

The show featured performances by "American Idol" contestant Pia Toscano and Bad Boys of Dancea and Rock the Ballet. Last year's winner, Lauren, and runner-up Kent, performed a Travis Wall-choreographed piece.

There was video of National Dance Day observations around the world, including events featuring judge Mary Murphy in Washington and judge and executive producer Nigel Lythgoe with actress Katie Holmes in California.

Holmes will be a guest judge at the finale next week along with Kenny Ortega of "High School Musical" and Michael Jackson's "This Is It."

Who will win? Take our poll, discuss your choice in the comments and return here next week for more details.
