Snooki tweets about motherhood

(CBS News) New mom Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi is keeping everyone in the loop about how things are going at home for her and son Lorenzo Dominic LaValle, and the "Jersey Shore" star isn't holding anything back.

"I'm finally able to eat eggs again! While I was pregnant I couldn't even smell them! Now I'm killing it with egg whites!!! #YUM," she tweeted days after giving birth.

The reality TV star and her fiance, Jionni LaValle, welcomed 6-pound, 5-ounce Lorenzo on Sunday in New Jersey.

Less than a day after she had Lorenzo she took to Twitter to express her joy saying, "I am SO IN LOVE with my son Lorenzo Dominic!" and "Being a mom is an amazing feeling!!! I love my little man to death! Jionni is such a cute dad."

Now, the she is keeping her fans updated on her progress, even tweeting about how she's feeding little Lorenzo, "#BreastPump insteada #FistPump"

In addition to eggs the 24-year-old also has added Starbucks back into her diet, tweeting a picture of a Frappuccino saying, "OMG how I missed you."

While most of her recent tweets have been about losing sleep, she's still doing it all with a smile.
