"Sister Wives" family welcomes baby number 17

(CBS) Kody Brown, his four wives and his children have just become a party of 22. Robyn Brown, the "Sister Wives" husband's newest wife, gave birth to the polygamist family's 17th child, Solomon Brown.

The Browns confirmed the news to People magazine. "He's perfect and we couldn't be happier," Kody told the magazine. "We are so thrilled."

People magazine reported that the baby boy was 9 lbs., 10.5 oz., and is 22 inches long.

Kody Brown is legally married only to Meri Brown, but he also counts Janelle Brown, Christine Brown and Robyn Brown as wives through the fundamentalist Mormon church. Kody married Robyn during the "Sister Wives" first-season finale.The family had lived in Utah, but moved to Nevada after the police began an inquiry into Browns' apparently bigamous lifestyle.

"Sister Wives" airs Sundays at 9 P.M. ET on TLC. The baby's birth will be featured on the show's season finale on Nov. 27, according to People magazine.
