Share Huge Files with Multiple People At Once

I've made no secret of my outright love for Dropbox, and I use it regularly to share files with clients and co-workers. I also store lots of personal files online using SkyDrive. But what happens when you need to share genuinely enormous files with people which won't fit in any of your online drives? That's easy: It's time for fileai.com.

Fileai.com is a free file sharing service that acts sort of like your own personal BitTorrent. It's free and there's no need to register or log in. Just visit the site and drag your file into the Web page. It doesn't go anywhere; you're not uploading the file to a server or any sort of cloud storage. You'll get a URL which you can then share. The recipients download the file directly from your PC, as fast as your respective Internet Service Providers will allow.

The file transfers are secure, and you can also require a password before recipients can connect and download your files.

Fileai is a fast, reliable, and simple solution whenever you have a large file that won't fit in e-mail and you can't -- or don't want to -- rely on your Dropbox or SkyDrive account. [via CyberNetNews]
