Senate Considering Bill To Limit Communication Between White House And Justice

Members of the Senate Judiciary Committee will meet later this month to discuss legislation limiting communications between the White House and the Department of Justice.

On Thursday, the panel announced an executive committee meeting on Sept. 20 to consider "a bill to provide for limitations in certain communications between the Department of Justice and the White House."

This would be the latest offshoot of the committee's investigation into nine fired federal prosecutors late last year.
