(CBS) Sean Kingston hit the stage at the Latin Grammys in Las Vegas Thursday night feeling better than ever. The 21-year-old singer is back after suffering a serious Jet Ski accident in May.

And he's even ready to hit the water again, saying he's happy to have another chance at life.

After his performance, Kingston tweeted, "Just tore the stage down with my bro's @wisinyyandel at the 2011 Latin Grammy Awards!!.. It was amazing I had a great time GOD IS GOOD."
