Henry Holt and Company announced Thursday that Shriver's "A Good Man: Rediscovering My Father" is coming out in May 2012.
One of five children born to Sargent Shriver and Eunice Kennedy Shriver, Mark Shriver will note his father's public achievements and add a personal portrait of a dedicated family man and Catholic who attended Mass daily. The book will also track Mark Shriver's self-discovery through learning about his father.
Sargent Shriver died in January at age 95. His wife died in August 2009. She was the sister of President John F. Kennedy and Robert F. Kennedy.
