NEW YORK (CBS) Rozlyn Papa, a 29-year-old model/make-up artist, caused quite a splash on ABC's "The Bachelor," after the blonde stunner was kicked off the show for allegedly having a sexual relationship with a show producer.

She has denied it. But it's not the first time Papa has been near trouble.

According to celebrity Web site Radar Online, Papa was arrested three times in her past and, in one case, sentenced to jail, and the site claims to have the court documents to prove it.

Papa was arrested twice in 1999 for petty theft, according to documents obtained by Radar. Both cases were eventually dismissed. But the single mother was also arrested for underage alcohol possession and found guilty, the site said. She was sentenced to jail, Radar said, but it's not clear from their documents if she served any time.

She has also faced a number of traffic offenses including driving without a license and having an expired registration, which she managed to get dropped, according to the site.

Controversy has enveloped the dropped "Bachelor" beauty over the last two weeks.

ABC has said that Papa was not focused on the show's star Jake Pavelka while filming the series and was romancing a crew member backstage instead. Pavelka said Monday that he was even "starting to develop feelings" for Papa before the alleged revelations.

How much of it is true?

Papa's longtime agent, Stacie Vanchieri of Wilhelmina Models, says that Papa did not have a sexual relationship with anyone working on the show.

"No. It's not accurate," Vanchieri said to E! Online. "I represent Rozlyn... I have for the past eight years. There was not a sexual relationship with a crew member."

According to TV blogger "Reality Steve," the "scandal" was concocted by ABC after Papa told producers that she wanted to quit the show because she wasn't allowed enough contact with her son.

"ABC told me I could bring my son to the show to visit and that I could talk about him each day on the show," Rozlyn told Radar after she was booted.

That never happened, according to Reality Steve's sources.

For his part, Bachelor Pavelka told Entertainment Tonight that he didn't believe it at first.

"I've never been cheated on," he said. "I thought it was something that was being produced and thrown at me…As it was unraveling, I realized it was serious."

WHAT DO YOU THINK? Should Rosalyn Papas been thrown off "The Bachelor" or is her off-camera life her own business?
