Robert Garelick, N.Y. dentist, charged with practicing while under the influence of alcohol, police say
(CBS/AP) LINDENHURST, N.Y. - Robert Garelick, a Long Island dentist, is charged with conducting a dental procedure on a patient while under the influence of alcohol, CBS New York reports.
Garelick, 57, was arrested at his Lindenhurst, N.Y. office Monday after police received a complaint about a dentist who appeared to be intoxicated, police say according to the station.
Garelick was charged with reckless endangerment and is scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip today.
