Ring The Alarm: Beyoncé's In Magic Kingdom

A passing shower didn't stop Beyoncé from performing at the Magic Kingdom theme park Wednesday in Lake Buena Vista, Fla.

The singer, who stars in the upcoming film "Dreamgirls," arrived unannounced for a taping of the "Walt Disney World Christmas Day Parade," which airs Dec. 25 on ABC. She performed on the stage right in front of the Cinderella castle.

"She was quite a trooper because a small shower broke out in the middle of one of the performances so they stopped taping," Gary Buchanan, a publicity manager for Disney, tells The ShowBuzz. "She paused for a second and went into the castle and took a break and came back out. After, she had a chance to meet some of the Disney princesses."

Between tapings she "talked with the fans, chatting with them informally back and forth between sets," says Buchanan.

2The Grammy winning singer performed the Christmas classic "Silent Night" several times for crowd. The special will also feature performances by Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli, the cast of "High School Musical," singer Daniel Powter and more.

Beyoncé arrived at the theme park with several people, but Jay-Z, the singer's boyfriend, was not with her. The singer is up for "Female Artist of the Year" at Monday night's Billboard Music Awards, airing on Fox.
