Ricki Lake is engaged

(CBS) Ricki Lake is engaged to Christian Evans.

The actress/talk show host shared the news - and a photo of her and her fiance - via Twitter on Thursday.

"Thrilled to share some happy news with you..... I'm engaged! :)" she wrote.

Lake added in another tweet: "The cat is out of the bag. Phew! I'm terrible at keeping secrets. :)"

She and Evans have been together since last summer, according to People magazine.

This will be Lake's second marriage. She and artist Rob Sussman divorced in 2005.

Lake has two sons with Sussman - Milo, 14, and Owen, 10.
