Richard Tuckwell, Princeton Univ. student, charged for taking explicit photos of male student

(CBS) PRINCETON, N.J.- Richard Tuckwell, a Princeton University student,  was charged with invasion of privacy after taking sexually explicit photos of a fellow male student who had fallen asleep in a dorm room, New York Daily News reports.

Tuckwell, 20, turned himself in to police late Friday. He was released without bail, Princeton police captain Nicholas Sutter said. 

Tuckwell allegedly used his cellphone camera to take sexually explicit photos of the 19-year-old student without his consent after he fell asleep after drinking alcohol. 

The younger student awoke and saw Tuckwell photographing him, police said. Meanwhile, officials said there is no indication that the photos have been distributed to anyone else by electronic or other means.

Police are also investigating a sexual assault charge associated with the case, but have not charged Tuckwell with anything other than invasion of privacy.

Police declined to release any other details about the investigation.
