Reuse a Library of Common Phrases in Word with Quick Parts

There are certain snippets of text that I find myself re-using all the time. Often I have to hunt through old documents to find the exact phrase, copy, and then paste it into my new document. Sometimes I don't go to all that trouble and simply paraphrase myself from memory. But did you know that if you have Word 2007, you can create a handy library of these text selections and paste them into any document with just one click?

And thanks to Roger's suggestion in the comments, I thought I should point out that you can do a similar trick by teaching Word's Autocorrect feature to automatically expand abbreviations into longer words or phrases.
