Report: Kim Kardashian sold engagement photos for $300,000
(CBS) Kim Kardashian sold her engagement photos for a hefty sum, according to a new report.
The Hollywood Reporter says the TV personality sold exclusive images of her engagement party (along with confirmation of her engagement to New Jersey Nets forward Kris Humphries) to People magazine for $300,000.

An insider told THR that the issue performed poorly on newsstands, selling below average. A spokesperson for People and a rep for Kardashian would not comment for the report.
Kim isn't the only Kardashian sister to get a big payday for a magazine story. According to THR, Kourtney Kardashian struck a deal for $300,000 with Life & Style magazine for multiple stories about her pregnancy, including the pregnancy announcement, sex of the baby and birth announcement, and Khloe Kardashian got just under $300,000 from OK! magazine for the official photos and announcement from her marriage to Lamar Odom.
Kim Kardashian and Humphries got engaged on May 18, when he proposed to her with a 20.5-carat ring reportedly worth $2 million.
