(CBS/AP) ATLANTA - A court hearing on a disorderly conduct charge for Academy Award winning actress Reese Witherspoon has been rescheduled for May 22.

Witherspoon was arrested Friday during a traffic stop. Her husband, Hollywood agent Jim Toth, was arrested and accused of driving under the influence of alcohol.

A state trooper's report says Witherspoon told the trooper: "Do you know my name?" The report states she also said: "You're about to find out who I am."

The actress released a statement late Sunday apologizing and saying there was "no excuse" for her behavior.
