Princess Diana Exhibit To Open In Philadelphia
A traveling museum exhibit about the life of Princess Diana will open in Philadelphia on Friday.
The exhibit "Diana: A Celebration" is at the National Constitution Center through Dec. 31. It explores her childhood, her engagement to Prince Charles, their 1981 wedding and her life and work as a humanitarian.
Diana's marriage to Prince Charles ended in divorce in 1996. She died in a 1997 car crash in Paris.
The National Constitution Center is a private museum dedicated to developing a greater understanding of the U.S. Constitution and providing a forum for civic events. Its temporary exhibits have explored other subjects, including baseball and the life of Napoleon Bonaparte.
