President Obama's Schedule Today (3/24/10)

In the morning, President Obama will meet with Sen. John Kerry (D-Mass.) and Sen. Richard Lugar (R-Ind.) in the Situation Room as part of ongoing consultations with Congress on the START treaty.

The president and the vice president will then receive the Presidential Daily Briefing in the Oval Office. Later, the President will meet with Sen. Chris Dodd (D-Conn.), Chairman of the Senate Banking Committee, and Rep. Barney Frank (D-Mass.), Chairman of the House Financial Services Committee, in the Oval Office to discuss financial reform.

In the afternoon, Mr. Obama will sign an executive order that reaffirms the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act's consistency with longstanding restrictions on the use of federal funds for abortion. Members of Congress invited to attend the signing include:
