President Obama's Schedule Today (10/5/09)

In the morning, President Obama will receive his daily briefings and meet with senior advisers in the Oval Office. He will then welcome doctors from across the country to an event in the Rose Garden, where he will deliver remarks on the need for health care reform this year.

In the afternoon, Mr. Obama will meet with Secretary of Defense Robert Gates.
