Post Claims Syrian Govt Plans To Kill Prisoners Upon Return of President

The Syrian government is planning to kill the prisoners in the Sednya prison, who have taken members of the military police as hostages on July 5th, claims a post on a militant Islamist website citing a "Jihad Press" report. "Jihad Press" claims that "private sources" revealed the plan by Syrian President Bashar al Asad's cousin Hafez Makhlouf to put an end to the unrest in the prison by killing the prisoners with the use of poisonous gas. The report says all preparations have been taken, including closing all roads to the prison and getting the local hospital ready to treat the surviving hostages from the effect of the gas. There had been reports reports of a riot in the Sedneya prison:, which was put down by the authorities.
