Police search for missing NYC sisters, ages 3 and 4

NEW YORK - Authorities are searching for a pair of young sisters who were last seen at their home in the Brooklyn borough of New York City over a week ago.

Police say 4-year-old Rivka Kutsy and her sister, 3-year-old Chaya Kutsy, were last seen at around 8 a.m. on Jan. 31 at their home in Crown Heights, a neighborhood in Brooklyn.

According to investigators, the children may be in a red 2001 Toyota 4-Runner with New Jersey license plate number A68EMS.

Both girls are described as having light brown to blond hair.

WABC reports the girls disappeared with their mother and father after Children's Services said it wanted to talk to the family.

Anyone with information on the girls' whereabouts is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
