(CBS/AP) AUSTIN, Texas - A man has been arrested after trying to pay for a lap dance at an Austin strip club with cocaine and then resisting arrest.

Authorities say Ricardo Luna, 26, was arrested Sunday on charges of retaliation, resiting arrest and harassment of a public servant. He remained in Travis County Jail Monday on $45,000 bond.

NBC affiliate KXAN reports that according to an arrest affidavit, sheriff's deputies were dispatched to the club at 4 a.m. Sunday. A security officer told police that Luna had tried to buy a lap dance using drugs. Luna allegedly kicked the bounder and started screaming racial slurs.

Luna, according to the bouncer, was highly intoxicated.

Deputies said Luna refused to get into the squad car and they told him they would use a stun gun on him if he did not cooperate.

As deputies drove to central booking, a court affidavit states Luna began kicking the right rear door trying to escape. Deputies pulled over and then tried unsuccessfully to secure Luna's legs with a tarp.

Luna ended up kicking one deputy in the chest three times, the affidavit states.
