Police: Man arrested twice after singing Justin Bieber songs

DUNBAR, W. Va. -- A man was taken into custody -- not once, but twice -- after attempting to sing Justin Bieber songs at two locations in West Virginia Tuesday, reports CBS affiliate WOWK-TV.

Dlaonte Dee Lewis was first cited for simple possession of a small amount of marijuana by the Dunbar Police Department after allegedly attempting to sing the pop star's songs at Dunbar Middle School over the intercom, according to the station.

The school was put under lockdown, but it was lifted around 9:30 a.m. after police arrived.

Lewis was then taken into custody and escorted to a local hospital for a mental evaluation.

Hours later, he was arrested by officers with the South Charleston Police Department for attempting to do the same thing at a church daycare facility, according to WOWK-TV.

According to the principal, the school was made aware on Monday that the man might try to get in and sing the songs. The man allegedly wrote that he had done this for years, school officials told the station.

He is reportedly thought to have sneaked in behind a parent, as the doors are kept opened and unlocked as students are arriving. Officials realized Lewis was in the school around 8:40 Tuesday morning.
