Middleton says that "Celebrate: A Year of British Festivities for Families and Friends" is a "feel-good book" based on her experience in her family's party business and work in an events company.

The book contains practical tips on how to host British-themed parties, including recipes, crafts and games.

Penguin, the book's publisher, said Thursday the book will come out in late October.

Pippa Middleton became a celebrity in Britain after her turn as bridesmaid during Prince William's wedding to her sister in April last year.
