"Person of Interest" wanted for questioning in deaths of women found in NYC hotels

NEW YORK -- Police are looking to question a Brooklyn man in connection with the deaths of two women, whose bodies were found in separate hotel rooms weeks apart, reports CBS New York.

According to the station, a 35-year-old woman was found dead inside a room at the Bushwick Hotel in Brooklyn on July 23, and a 43-year-old woman was found dead at the Manhattan Broadway Hotel on West 38th Street in midtown, police said. Neither victim's identity has been released.

The medical examiner will determine cause of death, says the station.

According to CBS New York, Joseph Danclair, 36, is described as a "person of interest" in both cases. He is believed to have spent time with each of the women before they were discovered dead, police said.

Danclair is described by police as 5'6″ tall, 170 pounds, with a medium complexion, short black hair and brown eyes. He has a tattoo of two praying hands on his right upper arm and a tattoo of a rose on his left upper arm, reports the station.
