SourceForge: Jon Sobel, the company’s Group President of Media, will be departing at the end of the month to join the executive team at Tesla Motors. The former General Counsel at CBS Interactive (NYSE: CBS) and Yahoo (NSDQ: YHOO) will hold that title at Tesla, as well as being its Board Secretary.

N.E. Media Group: The Boston Globe‘s parent company is losing its SVP of Digital, in charge of Boston Globe Media and Boston.com. Susan Hunt Stevens, who was promoted to the position after three years as the SVP, Circulation & Marketing, is joining a new venture, the name of which wasn’t announced. Her last day will be Sept. 15.

Tribeca Enterprises: Todd Green is being brought in as the new VP for Strategic Partnerships for the organization responsible for the Tribeca Film Festival. Green comes in from Rainbow Media, where he had been the SVP, Multi-Platform Marketing & Distribution.

TouchTunes: Brian Georgi is the new VP, Advertising Sales for the on-demand music company. Previously, he was an account director for Rolling Stone.

Petsky Prunier, LLC: The investment bank hired the former Global Head of JP Morgan’s Private Placements Group, Norman Colbert. He joins Petsky Prunier as a partner and managing director, leading its Capital Markets and Private Placements practice and its West Coast investment banking efforts.

Cycle World: Larry Little, who was the VP, Publisher of Cycle World Magazine, has been promoted to SVP, chief brand officer of the Cycle World brand group.
